A 1 kg parcel is charged according to the applicable economy or express slab shown in the live rate table. The payable amount is confirmed after checking actual weight, volumetric weight, contents, pickup PIN code and destination postcode.

A 5 kg parcel follows the corresponding fixed slab in the live table. If the volumetric weight is higher than the scale weight, the higher chargeable weight is used, so final packed dimensions are required.

Economy service is generally more cost-focused than express service, but the suitable lowest-cost option depends on chargeable weight, contents, postcode coverage, remote-area status and carrier availability.

Express delivery is normally faster than economy delivery, but the current working-day estimate must be confirmed with the selected carrier. Customs checks, weather, flight capacity, holidays, remote delivery and incomplete paperwork can affect transit.

Pickup can be scheduled from serviceable areas of Delhi, New Delhi, Mahipalpur, Dwarka, Rohini, Janakpuri, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and other Delhi NCR locations after shipment and document verification.

Some sealed, labelled and non-perishable dry food products may be accepted after an item-level review. Meat, dairy, fresh food, plants, seeds, liquids and agricultural products can be prohibited or restricted, and rules can differ between Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

Eligible prescription, over-the-counter or Ayurvedic medicines may be reviewed with a doctor prescription, purchase invoice, composition, quantity and receiver details. Controlled, narcotic, injectable, temperature-sensitive or restricted medicines may not be accepted.

Eligible clothes, books, shoes, study materials and personal belongings can be reviewed for excess-baggage courier. Higher slabs may reduce the effective per-kilogram cost, although oversized cartons and remote postcodes can increase charges.

Student baggage support is available for eligible multi-box shipments containing clothes, books, study materials and personal belongings. Every carton must be packed securely and declared accurately.

The suitable carrier depends on parcel weight, dimensions, contents, postcode coverage, transit requirement and current capacity. DHL, FedEx or another approved service may be considered when available for the shipment.

Eligible samples and commercial products can be reviewed with a commercial invoice, packing list, GST details, IEC where required, HSN code, product description, declared value and importer information.
