Clear policies for courier enquiries and bookings
These terms apply to website enquiries, shipment quotations, document handling and courier booking assistance.
Quotation and booking
Quotes are indicative until confirmed against actual weight, volumetric weight, destination, postal code, contents and applicable service conditions.
Volumetric billing
International courier shipments are charged on the higher of actual weight or volumetric weight using industry-standard calculations.
Restricted items
Customers must not book prohibited, hazardous or destination-restricted goods. We may refuse any shipment that is non-compliant or unsafe.
Customs and documents
The sender is responsible for providing correct KYC, receiver information, invoices, packing details and all destination-specific documents.
Delays and liability
Transit times are estimates. Customs, weather, airline space and security processes may cause delays. Liability, where applicable, is subject to carrier policies and shipment declarations.
Claims
Any claim should be reported promptly with booking details, photographs and supporting documents.
